Returns

Due to the nature of sealed collectible products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged (proof required)

If you meet one of the above conditions, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping

All orders are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely. While we are not responsible for carrier delays or damages, we are here to help resolve any issue that may arise during shipping.
